A life in rhythm
Meet Jackelyn.
A longtime member of SAG-AFTRA, Jackelyn's professional career spans dance, film, and television—national commercials, live appearances, New York Fashion Week, and work alongside artists including Jared Grimes and Lady Gaga.
Her lifelong relationship with tap began under the influence of Loni Lane Padesky and continued to evolve through Germaine Salsberg, Charles Goddertz, Savion Glover, Jared Grimes, and more recently, the artists of Chicago's M.A.D.D. Rhythms—each shaping not only how she hears the art, but the passion with which she shares it.
Since making Palm Beach home and raising her four children here, Jackelyn has helped develop tap programs at Stars Dance Studio, Dance Universe, and the Mandel Recreation Center, working with dancers of all ages and levels. Motherhood has deepened her belief that part of God's plan is simply to matter in the lives placed around us. She is grateful to steward what keeps calling her back—igniting that same passion in her own girls and a new generation getting tapped in.
